that stalks me

my stasis

What is

the exchange rate

between what

the earth yields

and what I plunder

What do I give

when I take

what I will

 

There is

a harvest

between my body

and the body

pushed out from me

There is

a covenant

between

the words I speak

and the voice

of the water

trickling my name

 

Who exchanges me

with the rock

I stand on

moving me

between 

moon and sun

What exchanges me

with the time

I spend

in a world

in due time
